Questions about using Catch the Best for hiring

What other fees are there other than what's listed for each package?

Not a one. We only charge the flat rate for each plan and there are no additional fees.

Once I fill a position does it still count against me?

Nope. Only open positions apply towards the package limit you select. Once a position is filled, you can archive it and access its data even though it's no longer open.

Do I have to install anything?

Not at all. All you need is a web browser and an internet connection. Everything else is hosted on our secure internet servers.

How does the billing work?

Your credit card will be billed by Catch the Best 30 days after you sign up, and every 30 days after that.

Catch the Best sounds good, but how will I know if it's right for me?

Easy — your first month is free. Select whatever package is best for you and try it out for 30 days from the day you sign up. Cancel at any time before those 30 days are up and you won't be charged a thing. If you choose to cancel after the free trial, you will never be charged again, but no refunds will be issued and partial months won't be prorated.

Can I run Catch the Best on my own server?

One of the main benefits of Catch the Best is that you can get up and running with our on-demand solution right away without having to install anything on your server. However, if you'd prefer to run a version of Catch the Best on your own server, you can request information on pricing for a self-hosted version.
